A low hassle, free video chat room - just for you

The Mask & Cask virtual pub is free for local residents (roughly in/near Mill Hill, Colindale or Burnt Oak).

It works just like Zoom but with a few key differences you should know about:

  • The invite link is always the same - no new codes/etc
  • Guests can come and go, and mix between rooms, as they please (they don't need a host to let them in/allocate them a room)
  • The pub is always open - 24/7. You don't even need to book a room - just turn up and claim an empty one
  • Booking gets you exclusive access, moderator rights in your room and the right to ask people to move to a different room (and kick them out if they don't!)
  • Guests can login just from a browser, or for a better experience install the apps
  • Guests can connect as temporary visitors, or make an account to reserve their username
  • Moderators (i.e. whoever books) can prioritise their own voice, and also "deafen" people (deafening someone stops them hearing other people - great for games!)

Technical Support
